INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally. Please note that customs clearance and local delivery conditions may occasionally cause delays that are outside our direct control. That said, if your package is delayed, we will support you with tracking updates and carrier follow-up when eligible.
Tracking details will be sent as soon as they are available.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES (excluding weekends & public holidays)
USA: 3–8 business days (tracking available)
International: 3–12 business days (tracking availability may vary by destination/carrier)
PROCESSING TIME
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
(We confirm your order, prepare, pack, and hand it to the carrier.)
During peak seasons (especially November–December), promotions, or unexpected carrier delays, processing may take slightly longer. We always work to dispatch as quickly as possible.
DELAYED DELIVERY
Delays can happen due to weather, peak seasons, carrier congestion, or customs inspections.
If your tracking has not updated for:
USA: 10 business days
International: 15 business days
please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
If there are no tracking updates for:
USA: 20 business days
International: 30 business days
we will offer a solution based on the carrier investigation results, such as:

reshipment, or

store credit, or
-
refund (when confirmed lost)
CANCELLATIONS
You may request a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order, as long as it has not been processed or prepared for shipment.
Once an order is processed, packed, or handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
